My approach to learning design treats technology as a support, not the centerpiece. I focus on choosing and shaping tools in ways that reduce friction, clarify complex ideas, and allow learners to stay focused on understanding rather than navigation. When technology is working well, it becomes almost invisible and the learning itself takes the lead.This short showcase reel presents selected learning experience design work, including LMS environments I have built or administered, custom course templates and players, and representative samples from Storyline, Rise, video, VR, and 360° learning experiences.
